Please note that the clinic can be busy, so when one patient cancels at very short notice or does not attend, it impacts our business and others who could have attended for that appointment time. So we ask kindly that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This will allow someone else to make use of this appointment and for a small business like ourselves, not to lose income.  

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend will be charged at the full price cost for the appointment booked.
